Project Overview

Our expertise and reputation in industrial plant projects, such as cement and copper factories, was an important factor for client to award this project to Boland Payeh Co. even though BP was not the lowest bidder in the tender. This project consists of construction of Gypsum Grinder, Clinker Conveyer, Clinker Silos, Cement Grinder, Cement Silos and other structures required by a cement factory.

In order to increase speed and accuracy and reduce the cost, slip forming method was used to construct Bojnourd cement factory. To construct this project, more than 5,500 tons of reinforcement rebar, 46,000 m3 of concrete and 55,000 m2 formwork has been used and 150,000 m3 earthwork and 26,000 m2 slip forming done.

Iran’s economy is rapidly growing, and in order to keep the economy grow, strong infrastructures need to be built. Bojnourd cement factory has the capacity to produce 3,300 tons of cement per day, which provides part of much needed cement to build infrastructures of province of Khorasan.
